Requirements:
Grade 10/AET Level 4
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of the operation of cleaning equipment. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Team work. Customer orientation and responsiveness. Health and safety measures. Work procedures in relation to the working environment.
Main areas of work/tasks: Cleaning of offices, stores, hallways, elevators and conference rooms.
Tasks and disposal of waste and water supply during meetings. Fill the cooler(s) with water.
Washing walls and windows. Package files to delete. Equipment and cleaning machines.
Cleaning windows and kitchens in general. Scrub bathrooms and buff office floors with a utility cart.
Landscaping and gardening. Unload deliveries and pack items at stores. Transport furniture at auction.
Vacuuming with a vacuum machine. Provide toilet paper in the bathrooms. Thorough cleaning and disinfection.
